Frances G. Burkard

Mrs Frances G. (Richardi) Burkard  of North Weymouth, died April 3, 2015.

She always enjoyed gardening, cooking, shopping, and going to the opera. Frances had much enjoyment spending time with her children and grandchildren. She will be sorely missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Beloved wife of the late Lawrence J. Burkard. Loving mother of Michael Burkard and his wife, Susan of Weymouth, Heidi Flanagan and her late husband, Edward, and Gretchen McHugh and her husband, Arthur, all of Whitman. Sister of the late Anna Wilson, Mary Ranieri, and Rose Crowley. Grandmother of Michael, Daniel, Lauren, Edward, Haylee, Gabrielle, Evan, Christopher, and the late Patrick. Great Grandmother of Molly. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off RT.3A-Bicknell Sq.)  Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9:30 AM Wednesday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Jerome Church, Weymouth at 10:30 AM. Burial will follow in Mt. Wollaston Cemetery, Quincy.

The family would like to thank the staff at Saint Joseph’s Manor in Brockton for the wonderful care to their mother.
