Fern W. Coyle

Coyle, Fern W. (Drooker) of Hull, died on November 20, 2010 after a courageous battle with ovarian cancer. She was 69. Devoted mother of Stephanie Provost and her husband, Jeffrey, of Stratham, NH and Eric Coyle of Marshfield; she was the cherished Mimi of Sophie Provost; the loving sister of Rosie Perard of Canton and the late Alan Drooker; aunt of Billy Tetterton and Jean Marie Drooker. Fern is also survived by many close friends. She was the former wife of Jerry Coyle of CA. Daughter of the late Morris and Jean Drooker, Fern was a Hull resident for most of her life. She worked for Capitol Records, American Airlines, and Talbots before becoming the office manager at the Hull Municipal Light, where she worked for 22 years, retiring in 2008. Fern graduated from Hull High School’s Class of 1959 and helped organize her 50th class reunion last year. She attended the Vesper George School of Art, and her love of art was something that always stayed with her. She also enjoyed the beach, traveling, and spending time with her many close friends, including Saturday mornings with her Breakfast Club. She will be sadly missed. Services were private.
