Eva Darosa

daRosa, Eva (Alves) of Weymouth, formerly of Braintree, died September 28, 2020. Eva was born in Attleboro to the late Jack and Ludevine Alves. She worked for many years as an office manager for multiple local businesses. Eva enjoyed spending time with her family, playing a game of cards, visiting the casino and boating.

Devoted wife to the late Adelino L. daRosa. Loving mother of Edward J. daRosa and Karen of Braintree, Robert J. daRosa and Emily of Weymouth and the late Anthony J. and William J. daRosa. Proud Nana and Nina to 6 grandchildren; Anthony “AJ” daRosa, Jennifer daRosa, Kyle daRosa, Tyler B. daRosa, Evan daRosa, Gianna daRosa and 2 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Gladys Lin and the late Arthur and John Leite. Also survived by her beloved dog Zoe and many longtime friends.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday, October 2, 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off Route 3A – Bicknell Square). All other services shall be private. Normally, the funeral is an opportunity for the community to gather in support of one another. Although we cannot gather together with Eva’s family at this time, friends may still offer their support by clicking the link above and sharing a special memory or message.
