Ethel G. Notrem

Ethel G. (Ivens) Notrem of FL, formerly a longtime resident of Weymouth, died January 16, 2018.

Ethel was an avid barbie doll collector with an impressive collection surpassing 600 dolls. She enjoyed gardening, shopping and seeing a smile on others. She will be dearly missed.

Beloved wife of 49 years to the late Robert M. Notrem. Devoted mother of Robert M. Notrem, Jr. and his wife Maria of FL and the late Michael J. Notrem. Cherished grandmother of Ashleigh, Christian, Victoria and Glenn. Loving sister of of Ann DiBenedetto, Eunice Farrell, Cynthia McKinnon, Francis Howland, Joseph Howland, late Robert Ivens and late Lawrence Howland. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday 10 AM- 2 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 8:45 AM on Monday, prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Mark’s Church, Dorchester at 10 AM. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Boston.
