Esther M. Morgan

Morgan, Esther M. of Weymouth, formerly of Quincy & So. Boston age 86, May 22, 2009. Sister of William T. Morgan of Weymouth, Paul F. Morgan of So. Boston, Margaret E. Bellew of Groton, Mary E. Guarino of Reading, and the late James A. Morgan, Jr., Joseph F. Morgan, and Robert J. Morgan. Cousin of Sister Mary Owens, O.P. of Watertown. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Ms. Morgan was a former member of the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph and worked as a teacher in the Parochial School System for 37 years, retiring in 1988. She was a member of the Castle Island Association, the 1000 Southern Artery Senior Citizens Center, and the New England Adventurer’s Club. She also enjoyed volunteering at Quincy Hospital. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., Quincy Tuesday 4-8 PM. A Life Celebration Service will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday at 10:30 AM prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Ann Church, Quincy at 11:15 AM. Burial in New Calvary Cemetery, Boston.
