Esta (Gendreau) Wall

Esta (Gendreau) Wall, 84, of Hingham, died peacefully on Friday, January 7, 2011. Wife of the late John Wall and devoted sister of Frank A. Gendreau and his wife Anne of Quincy. Much loved aunt of Frank Gendreau, Jr. and his wife Marianne of Billerica, David Gendreau and his wife Mary Jane of Quincy and Denise Gendreau Reynolds and her husband Christopher of Quincy. Esta will be forever loved missed by her grandnieces and grandnephew and fondly remembered by Judith LeClair of Hanover and Jane Sullivan of Andover and their families. She enjoyed a life filled with love, laughter and friends from her years at Notre Dame Academy and as a graduate of Emmanuel College where she served in Admissions for many years and where her devotion to her family of friends at the school is well known. She was a dedicated parishioner of St. Paul’s Church of Hingham. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours Monday, January 10, 2011 from 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock Street, QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15AM on Tuesday, January 11, 2011 prior to the Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, 386 Hancock St., N. Quincy at 10 AM. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester. Donations in memory of Esta may be made to Emmanuel College, Office of Development, 400 The Fenway, Boston, MA 02115.
