Erin E. Mclaughlin

McLaughlin, Erin E. of Weymouth, died January 29, 2021.  

Erin was a lover of animals, especially her cat Whitey.  She cherished all that life gave her and was grateful for all that she had.  Erin enjoyed listening to music, nature and taking walks in the woods.  In her earlier years, Erin was a student ambassador and traveled to Australia and New Zealand.  Erin will be remembered for her radiant, resilient, trusting personality.  She will be sadly missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Beloved daughter of Kevin M. McLaughlin of Weymouth and Susan McLaughlin (Bennett) of Weymouth. Devoted sister of Aliesha Bennett of Cambridge and  Joseph McLaughlin of Weymouth.  Loving girlfriend of Thomas Lorusso of Weymouth.  Proud mother of Aryana, whom she will forever love.  Also survived by many loving extended family and dear friends.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Saturday 2-6 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off Route 3A – Bicknell Square). 

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Erin may be made to MSPCA, 350 S. Huntington Ave., Jamaica Plain, MA 02130 or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

Normally, the funeral is an opportunity for the community to gather in support of one another. Although some may not be able to gather together with Erin’s family at this time, friends may still offer their support by sharing a special memory or message.
