Elvira “Vera” Leone

Leone, Elvira M. “Vera” of Quincy, passed away March 20, 2023. Vera was born in Quincy to the late Giovanina and Franco Leone. She was raised in Quincy and attended Quincy High School. Vera worked for many years at Remicks, John Hancock Insurance and CVS. She enjoyed card games with family and friends, trips to Foxwoods, BINGO and gourmet dinner. Vera was also a devout Catholic.

She was the sister to the late Melba DiLillo, Elia Mansani, Frank (Beebe) Leone, Edie Leone and Rena Pizzi. Loving Aunt Vera to many nieces and nephews. Also survived by many great nieces, great nephews and extended family. Vera’s family would like to thank Southwood Nursing Facility in Norwell for their excellent care and support over the years.
