Goff and her husband, Robert, of Stanwood, WA, Anne-Marie Barron Buckland and her husband, Robert, of Milton and the late William S. Barron, Jr. Daughter of the late Alexander and Anne (MacDonald) MacIntyre. Sister of William MacIntyre of Wilmington, DE, and Charlotte Mazerell of Lexington. Beloved grandmother of Dawn Reedy of Bellingham, WA, Gregory, Catherine, and Christine Buckland, all of Milton. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home 785 Hancock St. , WOLLASTON Friday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass in St. Ann’s Church, Wollaston at 10:00 AM. Visiting hours Thursday 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 PM. Burial in Mount Benedict Cemetery, West Roxbury. Member and past board member of Altruisa International in Quincy. Literacy Volunteer for several years in a program run by the Quincy Public Library. Active volunteer for the Red Cross. Mrs. Barron was very generous with her time volunteering and donating money to make the world a better place. During WWIIshe worked as Rosie the Riveter helping to build ships in the Hingham Shipyard. She did this during High School. Her petite and thin frame helped her to weld in tight and cramped places where someone else may not have been able to fit. She was a committed and dedicated employee for the Boston Globe.
