Elizabeth E. Mcmahon

Elizabeth E. (Delorey) McMahon of Weymouth, died May 22, 2018 at the age of 65.

Elizabeth graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mt. Holyoke in 1974 and was a life long educator. She was a teacher for Weymouth Schools, primarily at Nash for 36 years. She was a talented singer and cherished spending time with her granddaughter Kate. She was loved by everyone who knew her.

She was the beloved wife of Thomas J. McMahon, III. Loving mother of Thomas J. McMahon, IV and fiance Danielle Gaglione of Weymouth, Cherished daughter of Ruth Delorey of Weymouth and the late George Delorey. Sister of George Delorey and wife Patti of Weymouth, Ellen Delorey of Brockton, Kathy Bach of Braintree, and the late Debbie Delorey. Sister in law of Michael McMahon and wife Michelle and Cathy McMahon. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday at 10:30 AM in the funeral home. Burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Weymouth. Donations in memory of Elizabeth may be made to the American Parkinson Disease Assoc., East Concord Street, Boston, MA 02118.
