Elizabeth “Betty” Corey

Elizabeth “Betty” Corey (Werth) of Quincy, passed away surrounded by her loving family on August 19, 2023. She was 78 years old. 

Born in Boston she was the daughter of the late Annie Nesti. She grew up in Wollaston and attended North Quincy High School. Betty was a devoted homemaker, mother and grandmother and truly shined in that role. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, playing card games, traveling (Disney and Vegas were he favorite places) and had a love for animals. 

Beloved mother of George Corey Jr. and Sara Bradley of Quincy and Tara Corey and Patrick King of Weymouth. Loving grandmother “Grammy” to Nathan, Savana and Amelia. Dear sister of David Nesti and his wife Carol of Quincy and the late Dick and Bob Werth; William Nesti and Eileen McCauley. Former wife of George Corey Sr. of Braintree. Betty will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, and Godchildren who were all precious to her.

 Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Thursday 8/31 from 10 AM to 2 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Funeral service will be celebrated at 1:30 PM in McDonald Keohane Funeral Home, SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main St. (Rt. 18 opp. South Shore Hospital) , Weymouth.
