Elizabeth A. Greene

Elizabeth Greene, a lifelong resident of Weymouth, passed away February 15, 2021, after fighting an enduring illness, to which she finally succumbed. Elizabeth will be remembered for her kind heart, her warm personality, and her dedication to the Weymouth High Hockey team members and their families. She worked at Carter Rice Paper in Boston for 12 years, and as the office manager for her brother before becoming ill.

Elizabeth was devoted to her husband Paul Greene, and her son, Vincent Greene, both of Weymouth. Her life truly revolved around them.

Elizabeth came from a large family, and was predeceased by her father Alfred Cavallo, and her mother Ethel (Starrett) Cavallo. She is survived by her brother Wayne (“Whitey”) Cavallo and his wife Paula; her sister Denise (Cavallo) Westerberg and her husband, Neil; her sister Mariann (Cavallo) Jordan and her husband, Dana; her sister Lisa (Cavallo) Genatossio and  her husband, Louie; and her brother, James Cavallo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews on both sides of the family. Elizabeth was deeply loved by the Greene family, who thought of her as their own daughter and sister.
