Elinore M. Brown

Brown, Elinore M. (Daab) of Quincy and Bradenton, FL, died February 14, 2014, at home surrounded by her loving family. 

Elinore above all else loved spending time with her family.  She was so proud of her children and grandchildren.  Her many talents included arts and crafts, painting, cooking and an occasional card game or two.  Elinore was a member of the Bradenton, FL, Elks Club and the Moose Lodge.  She was passionate about the charity Autism Speaks and was a generous supporter.  She will be remembered for her quick wit, honesty, sense of adventure and her kind heart. 

Beloved wife of the late Paul F. Brown.  Loving mother of Amy E. Canavan and her husband James of Cohasset, Jeanne M. Such and her husband John of Kingston, and Paul F. Brown, QPD and his wife Tarra of Quincy.  Daughter of the late Arnold A. and Helen W. Brandt.  Sister of Andrea Lawson of CA, Jessica Grace of Malden, John Brandt of RI and the late Katherine Clapp. Cherished grandmother of John, Jamie and Charles Canavan, & Aidan, Ronan, and Gavin Brown.  Sister in law of Victor Sormanti and Franny Brandt.  Dear friend of Mary, Gail, and Ellen.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A funeral service will be celebrated on Thursday at 11 AM in Keohane Funeral Home.  Cremation will follow.
