Elinor L. (Doble) Harkins

Harkins, Elinor L. (Doble) of S. Weymouth, died January 15, 2014 surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of Richard P. Harkins. Loving mother of  Laurianne Hannon and her husband, Edward, of Norton, Robert Harkins of Braintree, Nancy Minghella and her husband, Thomas, of Burlington, James Harkins of S. Wemouth, Richard Harkins, Jr and his wife, Christine, of E. Bridgewater, Ruth Harkins of Weymouth, Diane Kelcourse of S.Weymouth, Michael Harkins of S. Weymouth, Ann Kelly and her husband, John, of Milton, Eileen Harkins, and her fiance, Brian Machado of Assonet, Joseph  Harkins of Quincy, and the late Paul Harkins  Sister of Charles Doble of Marshfield and the late Frederick Doble, Ruth McIntyre, Claire Bradley, Frances Pasquantonio and Leo Doble. Grandmother of the late Matthew Harkins. Also survived by 17 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.  

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday from 3 – 8 p.m.  in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital)  Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home on Saturday at 10:45 AM prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Francis Xavier Church, Weymouth at 11:30 AM. Burial will follow in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Weymouth.
