Elia T. Mansani

Mansani, Elia T. (Leone/Erna) of Quincy, died April 12, 2015.

Elia worked for Armstrong Global for almost 50 years, retiring in 1982. She was an avid Red Sox fan and also enjoyed playing bingo, cards and cooking. Elia was fiercely devoted to her family. She was a strong and independent woman who proudly built her life on her own. She will be dearly missed. 

Devoted mother of Richard J. Erna and his wife Elizabeth of Seekonk. Cherished “Nana” of 6 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Loving sister of Edith and Vera Leone of Quincy and the late Melba DiLillo, Elvira Leone, Frank “Bebee” Leone and Rena Jane Pizzi. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday 10:30 AM – 1 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital)  Funeral service will follow at 1 PM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
