Eleanor T. Steele

Steele, Eleanor T. (Russo) of Quincy, died January 5, 2023.  

Eleanor loved her family and was always very good to everyone she knew. She enjoyed cooking and family gatherings. She was the sweetest and caring person who will be greatly missed. 

Beloved wife of the late James Robinson and Thomas E. Steele. Loving mother of Alan Steele of Brockton and the late Theresa Sousa and James Robinson and his surviving wife Cathryn Robinson. Sister of the late Rosa Pollara, Edward Russo, Agnes Wick, Ann Mayer, Helen Marchetti, and Mary Lauria. Cherished Grammy of Scot Robinson, Nicole Houghton, Danielle Sousa, Tyler Steele, Megan Steele and great Grammy of Samantha and Rachel Robinson and Claire Houghton. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Wednesday 4-7 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9 on Thursday prior to the graveside service at 10 AM in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
