Eleanor J. Mead

Mead, Eleanor J. (Radley) “Sissy” of Quincy, died May 5, 2015. 

Sissy was a hard working go-getter. She was never afraid of anyone or anything and was a strong and independent woman. She also enjoyed rollerblading flea markets, and spending time with family and friends. She will be greatly missed. 

Daughter of the late Thomas and Eleanor (Aylward) Radley. Loving mother of Gloria Petrokos of NH, Mary Cipriano of NH, and the late David Mead. Cherished sister of Edward Radley of Quincy and predeceased by many siblings. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday 2-6 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:30 AM Monday prior to the Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Quincy at 10:30 AM. Burial in Mt. Wollaston Cemetery, Quincy.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Sissy may be made to Alzheimers Assn., MA Chapter, 480 Pleasant Street, Watertown, MA 02472.
