Elaine E. Moravec

Moravec, Elaine E. (Schuh) of CA, passed away March 26, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Ralph Moravec. Devoted mother of Michael Moravec and his wife Suzanne of Tonawanda, NY, Patricia Sullivan and her husband L. Joseph of Pleasanton, CA and John Moravec and his wife Eleanor of Cohasset. Loving sister of Harold Schuh and his wife Carol of Winona, MN, Jack Schuh of St. Joseph, MN, Virginia Chalupsky of Hutchinson, MN, Mary Gosse of Rochester, MN and the late Maurice, Robert and Laura Schuh. Sister-in-law of Sally Schuh of Winona, MN. Cherished grandmother of Jason and Patrick Moravec, Sarah Sullivan and step-grandson Julian Millan. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Elaine grew up in Minnesota graduating from St. Theresa College in Winona. In 1967 she moved to Massachusetts and lived in the Hingham/Norwell area for over 35 years before recently moving to California. In her early years she was a math teacher in Minnesota. She also enjoyed sewing and rug making but her main passion was being with her family. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 4-8 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 8:15 AM on Saturday prior to the Funeral Mass in Church of the Resurrection, Hingham at 9 AM. Burial in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Hingham.
