Eileen Butler

Butler, Eileen (McManus), 65, of Hull passed away surrounded by her loving family on December 20, 2015.  

Beloved wife of the late Peter S. Butler.  Loving mother of Peter S. Butler II of Weymouth and Jennifer M. Butler-Rickard and her husband Eric of Hull. Cherished grandmother of Angela, Jacob, Sarah and Ethan. Honored sister of Kathleen Patterson of Hull, Maureen Beneway of Hull, and the late Noreen Presente of Weymouth.  Sister-in-law to Colin and Sue Butler of Wallasey, UK and Maureen Davies and Alan Pierce of Birkenhead, UK. Eileen leaves behind her beloved nieces and nephews on the South Shore and across the pond.  

Eileen enjoyed working with her friends at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and as a bank teller in Hull, Hingham, and Weymouth.  Eileen is happily remembered as a gracious host, animated storyteller, and generous friend.  She added life and humor to every occasion.  She will be sorely missed and warmly remembered.  

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Saturday, January 2, 2016 from 12-2PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.) in Hingham, followed by a Celebration of Life service at 2PM.
