Miller, Edwin F., Sr. of Holbrook formerly of Quincy, May 16, 2004. Husband of the late Irene M. (Bessette). Beloved Father of Edwin F. Miller, Jr. and his wife Joyce of Hingham and Stephen M. Miller of Braintree. Beloved Stepfather of Jean Desrosiers Miller of Braintree and the late William A. David. Brother of Mary Creighton of Abington and the late Ruth Wall, Samuel Miller, Jr. and Edgar Miller. Devoted Grandfather of Brian and Scott Miller of Hingham. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the memorial gathering in the Keohane Funeral Home 785 Hancock St. , WOLLASTON Thursday from 4-8 PM. Edwin was a longtime member of the Furnace Brook Golf Club in Quincy. He belonged to the Boston Newspaper Printing Pressman’s Union #3. Mr. Miller enjoyed spending time at the greyhound track with his friends. He also enjoyed bowling with his co-workers at the Boston Globe during his working years.
