Edward V. Menz of Weymouth, passed away November 24, 2015.

Beloved husband of the late Margaret R. (Tobin) Cook Menz and the late Loretta (McNamara) Menz.  Loving father of Edward V. Menz, Jr. and his wife Tish of Pembroke, Leo F. Menz of Philadelphia, Kenneth G. Menz and his wife Edith and his twin Karen M. Logan and her husband Ronald of Rockland, Joanne M. Porter and her husband Richard of Chatham and Theresa M. McKenzie and her husband Paul of Weymouth. Dear brother of the late George Menz, Albert G. Menz, Catherine Butler, Sr. Mary Bellarmine, SND and Sr. Grace Auriella, SND.  He is also survived by 4 loving grandchildren, Jennie and Edward Porter & Lindsay and Loretta McKenzie and many loving nieces and nephews. 

Edward graduated from Mission High School in 1941.  He proudly served his country in the US Army during WWII.  Edward was a former member of the National Association of Letter Carriers Union and a late member of the Weymouth Elks Lodge #2232. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours Sunday 3-6PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 10:00AM prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Francis Xavier Church, Weymouth at 11:00AM. Burial will follow in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Weymouth.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Edward’s memory to a charity of your choice.
