Burns, Edward R. of Hull, formerly of East Falmouth suddenly on January 20, 2004. The beloved husband of 36 years to Mary ( Mazzola) Burns. Loving Father of Bradford R. Burns and his wife Josephine ( Fierro) of Holbrook. Cherished son of Helen (Harrington) Burns of Waltham and the late Edward A. Burns. Devoted Grandfather of Sabrina F. Burns of Holbrook. Past Commodore of the Old Colony Power Squadron. Mr. Burns worked as a union brick layer before entering into sales for various brick companies. He recently retired in 2003. Mr.Burns was a member of the Hull Democratic committee. He also enjoyed boating. Mr. Burns was a member of Metro Yacht Club in Braintree.Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM Saturday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Paul’s Church, Hingham at 10 AM. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 PM . Burial in Hull Village Cemetery, Hull.
