Parsons, Edward K. of Hull September 4, 2005. Husband of the late Catherine M. (McMenimon) Parsons. Beloved father of James E. Parsons of Plymouth, Sue A. Baldwin of Hull, E. Kenny Parsons, Jr. of Weymouth, Jeanne M. Parsons of Hull, Catherine M. Smith of Weymouth, Helen M. Noddin of Hull, Jayne F. Haines of AZ, Christine R. Morgan of Hull and the late Thomas F. Parsons. Also survived by 28 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM Wednesday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Hull at 10:00 AM. Visiting hours Tuesday 4 – 8 PM. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mr. Parsons may be made to American Red Cross-Hurricane Katrina Relief Fund, P.O. Box 37243, Washington, DC 20013. Edward was the owner of several restaurants locally, Tri-Town Pizza located on the borders of Hull, Hingham and Cohasset; Cottage Lounge in Hingham; and Kings Castle in Whitman. Edward enlisted in the Navy the day after Pearl Harbor and served for over 3 years. He was a member of the VFW in both Stoughton and Hull, a member of the Knights of Columbus in Whitman, and a member of the Eagles in Boston. Edward was a family oriented person and enjoyed fishing and making trips to Hull Gut with his family.
