Kaminski, Edward J. of Milton February 5, 2007. Son of the late Julia and Franciszek Kaminski. Devoted guardian of Frank Kaminski of Milton. Loving uncle of Leonora Hanke of Illinois, Susan McGeoghan of Hingham, Kathy (Kaminski) Morrison of New Hampshire, John Meaney of Boston, Kim Barraso of Revere and Philip Keefe of Milton. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Friday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Agatha’s Church, Milton at 10:30 AM. Visiting hours Thursday 4- 8 PM. Burial in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. Donations in memory of Mr. Kaminski may be made to International Mesothelioma Program, Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Division of Thoracic Surgery, Dr. David Sugarbaker, 75 Francis Street, Boston, MA 02115. Edward was born in Boston and grew up in Dorchester. After graduating from High School he entered into the navy serving from 1943-1946. Upon return from his service during WWII he attended Wentworth Institute as well as other colleges in the local area. Mr. Kaminski was a devout catholic. He loved working in the yard, gardening and particularly cutting trees. He enjoyed exercising and was an avid walker. Edward also loved the Boston Red Sox.
