Edward J. Dunn

Dunn, Edward J., of Quincy, July 15, 2008. Beloved husband of Jacqueline (Trudeau) Dunn of Quincy. Loving father of Elizabeth O’Reilly of Marshfield. Brother of Julia Nucera of Pittsburgh, PA and the late Gerard Dunn. Papa to Jamie and Cody Kelley of Marshfield. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Ed loved his family and was very proud of their accomplishments. Edward was a veteran of WWII, serving in the Army Air Corp. He was instrumental in building the Bryant Post VFW in Quincy and was a past president. He cared about all returning veterans especially those from Vietnam. He was a graduate of Dusquene University and attended Northeastern University for his MBA. Mr. Dunn was a very intelligent, quiet man with a slight sense of humor. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY, Monday at 8 AM. Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Quincy at 9 AM. Visiting hours Sunday 2- 6 PM. Burial in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mr. Dunn may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 55584, Boston, MA 02205-5584.
