Edward F. Del Dotto Sr.

Del Dotto, Edward F., Sr. of Moultonborough, formerly of Dorchester and Weymouth passed away on April 28, 2022. Ed was born in Boston to the late Charles and Theresa Del Dotto. A hard worker at a young age, Ed worked as an Iron Worker for The Lavin Company in South Boston for several years. He enjoyed being outdoors; hunting, fishing and camping. Ed was also a skilled woodworker and passed this down to his children and grandchildren. 

Beloved husband of 38 years to the late Patricia (O’Donnell) Del Dotto. Loving father of Edward F. Del Dotto Jr. and Jane of Moultonborough, Lisa Muldoon and James of Middleton and Christopher Del Dotto and Adriana of Nahant. Dear brother of Lillian Magistro of Holbrook and the late Frederick, the late Robert Del Dotto and the late Ruth, Kathleen Marando and John of Braintree, the late Albert Del Dotto and Rita of Andover and Charles Del Dotto and Hilda of Roundrock. Cherished Papa of James Del Dotto and Kelly, Robert Del Dotto, Maria Del Dotto, Lauren Muldoon, Meghan Muldoon, Kaio Stevens, Kory Stevens and Great Papa of Nora Del Dotto. Also surivived by his canine companion Toby and many nieces and nephews. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Wednesday 4-7 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). A funeral service will be celebrated on Thursday at 11 AM in McDonald Keohane Funeral Home, SOUTH WEYMOUTH. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
