Connor, Edward F., Esq. of Hingham, January 17, 2004. Beloved husband of the late Ann M. (Hayes). Brother of the late Thomas F., William J., George E., and Walter T. Connor. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Mr. Connor attended Boston Latin High School and transferred to Hingham High School when his family moved to Hull, MA. He was a graduate of Holy Cross and Boston College Law School, graduating with honors. Upon passing the MA Bar Exam he went into the Army during World War II and seperated with the rank of Captain. Mr. Connor joined the staff of the Federal Aviation Agency in the early fifties as legal counsel for airport expansions in the New England area. He maintained a private law practice in Hingham. Mr. Connor was a member of the Hatherly Golf Club and for many years he was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Kiwanis Club, Hingham Republican Club and Boston College Alumni Association. He was a daily communicant at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Hingham. He and his wife were very active in the Pro-Life Movement in the Boston Archdiocese and throughout Massachusetts.Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM on Wednesday. Funeral Mass in Saint Paul’s Church, Hingham at 11 AM. Visitation will be prior to Mass Wednesday from 8:30 to 10:30 AM. Burial in Saint Paul’s Cemetery, Hingham.
