Edward “Eddie” Suplee

Edward “Eddie” Suplee of Weymouth, 74 years old, of Weymouth, formerly of Dorchester, passed away peacefully on January 9, 2016 surrounded by his loving family.

Eddie is survived by his beloved former spouse and life long friend Susan Nolan as well as his children: Edward “Danny” and Rosa Suplee of Dorchester, Susan and Timmy Farrell of Dorchester, Paul and Tracy Suplee of Quincy and Jill Suplee and Jamie Millman of Dorchester. Eddie was also the loving “Papa” of grandchildren Samantha, Matthew, Sophia and Sarah Suplee as well as Alexis , Charlie and Eddie Millman. Also survived by his beloved cat and number one companion, Mia. Eddie was a diehard Boston Red Sox fan and was rarely seen without a cap supporting his favorite team. He worked for Gillette for 25 years, retiring in 1995. He leaves behind many close friends at the Fulton School Residence in Weymouth. Eddie’s family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the staff at Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Weymouth as well as the staff at the Pat Roche Hospice House in Hingham for their care and support.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 5-7 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital).
