Edward D. “Eddy” Peterson

Peterson, Edward D. “Eddy” of Weymouth, died August 5, 2019 at the age of 51.  

Beloved son of Donald and Rebecca (Timberlake) Peterson of Weymouth. Cherished brother of Marilyn Peterson of Bernville, PA and Michael Peterson of Boston.  Married to Patricia (Carty) Peterson.  Devoted uncle to many nieces and nephews.  Caring friend of Lisa Proctor. 

Edward graduated from Weymouth North class of 1986.  He later attended Henry O Peabody Culinary School for 2 years and had a passion for cooking.  Ed belonged to Troop 19 an was an Eagle Scout.  Most recently, Ed worked as an associate in Electronics at Walmart.  He was an avid Boston Sports fan, especially for the Patriots and Bruins.  Ed enjoyed listening to music and was a Steve Miller Band and Traveling Wilburys enthusiast.  Ed will be remembered for his infectious smile and his constant cup of Dunkin coffee.  He will be sadly missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Saturday 10 AM -12 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off Route 3A – Bicknell Square). Funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday at 12 PM in McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea St. (off Rt. 3A-Bicknell Sq.), Weymouth.  Burial will be private.
