Beck, Edna K. (Kroesser) of Quincy. January 29, 2002. Wife of the late Edwin J. Beck, Sr. Loving mother of Virginia B. Kelly and her husband James of CA, John L. and his wife Gloria of NH, Judith Beck-Rochelle of Quincy and Edwin J. Beck, Jr. and his wife Linda of Quincy. Sister of Theresa K. Schott of Quincy, Edward J. Kroesser of NH & FL and the late John L. Kroesser. Also survived by 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St. , WOLLASTON Saturday at 9:15 AM. Funeral Mass from Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish in Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Quincy at 10 AM. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 PM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree. Edna was a graduate of Quincy High School. She graduated from Winifred Beauty Academy in Boston and owned her own business called Dorothy Q. Beauty Shop. Mrs. Beck was a beautician and cosmetologist. She did some modeling for Hair Stylists in New York. Mrs. Beck gave up her professional career when she married her husband and devoted the following years to being a loving wife and mother. She enjoyed travelling with her husband until his death. After that time she spent most of her time with her children and grandchildren. Her whole family was with her at the time of her death and she died very peacefully.Donations in memory of Mrs. Beck may be made to Father Bill’s Place, 38 Broad Street, Quincy, MA 02169.
