Earl E. Archibald

Archibald, Earl E. of Hingham, died May 3, 2017.

Earl was born in Boston to the late Edwin and Olla Archibald. Earl was a proud U.S. Navy Veteran, serving during WWII. After the military, he graduated from Bentley College and became a state bank examiner, then became an officer in several banks. Earl finished his career in 1986, after 17 years as a V.P. at Investors Bank and Trust. Earl lived for music and played piano his entire life.

Beloved husband of the late Christina M. Archibald. Loving father of Robert Archibald and his wife, Sandie, of Glen Rock, NJ, Thomas Archibald and his wife, Barbara, of Rye, NH, John Archibald and his wife, Kathryn McGeehan, of Annandale, NJ, David Archibald and his wife, Bernadette, of Williamstown, and Stephen Archibald and his wife Linda of Foxboro. Also the proud Grampa of many grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 10:30 AM-11:30 AM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Funeral service will be celebrated on Monday at 11:30 AM in McDonald Keohane Funeral Home, SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main St. (Rt. 18 opp. South Shore Hospital), Weymouth. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
