Dorothy S. Wilhelm

Dorothy S. (Mackins) “Dot” Wilhelm, of Braintree, formerly of Weymouth, died June 2, 2015. Dot worked for Jordan Marsh over the years before joining State Street Bank, retiring after 10 years. She enjoyed going to Foxwoods and playing bingo. Dot’s grandchildren were the light of her life and loved being surrounded by her family. 

Beloved wife of the late Francis J. Wilhelm, Sr. Devoted mother of Francis J. Wilhelm, Jr. and his wife Nancy of Mansfield, Marie Peterson and her husband Jon of Brewster, Ellen Lee and her husband Stephen of Augusta, ME, Robert Wilhelm of Weymouth, Deborah McLaughlin and her husband Brian of Braintree, Edward Wilhelm and his significant other Karen Henderson of Scituate and Joseph “Gus” Wilhelm and his wife Lori of Weymouth. Loving sister of Theresa Connell of Walpole, Patricia Morgan of Jamaica Plain, Harold Mackins of Hanover and the late Josephine and Gloria Mackins and Elina Jenkins. Cherished “Nana” of 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday 2-6 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital) 

Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 10 AM on Monday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Francis Xavier Church, Weymouth at 11 AM.

Burial in New Calvary Cemetery, Boston.
