Klingenstein, Dorothy M. (Vaughn) of Quincy, May 3, 2005 after battling cancer. The beloved wife of Howard R., devoted mother of Leah R. and her husband Christopher Guinta of Quincy, Ben W. and his wife Nicol of Dallas, TX, John A. and his wife Jill of Franklin, David J. and his fiancee Janna and Rachel M. Klingenstein all of Quincy. Also survived by 5 grandchildren. Special friend of Dorothy Crovo of Quincy. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the graveside services Thursday at 10 AM in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy. Memorial services will be held at Temple Beth El, Quincy at 11 AM. Shiva will be held at the Klingenstein home, Quincy Thursday and Friday. Dorothy was employed at Boston City Hospital for 33 years. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Dorothy may be made to the National Kidney Foundation Of MA, RI, NH & VT 11 Vanderbilt Ave., Suite 105 Norwood, MA 02062. Directions to Pine Hill Cemetery From South: Take Rte. 3 North to Furnace Brook Parkway Exit #8. Come down the downramp and continue around to the left over the expressway. Bear right onto Willard Street and then slightly to the left continuing on Willard Street. Follow for 1 mile. Shea Skating Rink will be on your right. Ethan Allen Furniture will be up on left. Take a right onto Chickatabut Road. Take first right at main gate to cemetery. From Boston: Take Rte 3 South to Exit #8 Furnace Brook Parkway. Bear slightly to left at top of hill (across from Granite Links Golf Course). Then bear to right onto Willard Street and then slightly to left continuing on Willard Street. Follow for 1 mile. Shea Skating Rink will be on your right. Ethan Allen Furniture will be up on left. Take a right onto Chickatabut Road. Take first right at main gate to cemetery. From Rte. 128 North: Take 95 North to Rte 128 South (going toward Braintree). Take West Quincy/Granite Street/Willard Street Exit #6. Take a left at Herb Chambers Ford. Take first right (small cut through street). Take left onto Chickatabut Road. Take first right at main gate to cemetery.
