The beloved daughter of Marie E. (Bouchie) Hoover of Weymouth and Robert Hoover of Brockton. Cherished sister of William C. Hoover and his wife Amy of Pembroke. Loving niece of Jean Hagerty of Hingham, Walter Bouchie of FL, Ernest Bouchie of Weymouth and James Bouchie of Cape Cod. Granddaughter of Clara & John Stogran of Clarksburg,WV and the late Ernest & Dorothy Bouchie. Devoted cousin of Robert Hagerty, Jr. of Marshfield and John Hagerty of Hingham. Dorothy is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and dear friends. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St.(off Central St.), HINGHAM Monday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Paul’s Church, Hingham at 10 AM. Visiting hours Sunday 2-6 PM. Burial in Saint Paul’s Cemetery, Hingham. Donations in memory of Dorothy may be made to Lymphoma Society, 495 Old Connecticut Path, Suite 220, Framingham, MA 01701. Dorothy grew up in Weymouth,then moved to Hingham. She graduated from Hingham High School Class of 1989. She worked as a Day Care teacher at Hugs Plus in Braintree for 3 years, before moving to Maine where she began working for American Satellite as a financial advisor. She stayed with this company for about 6 years before they closed. Dorothy moved back from Maine to be with her family after being diagnosed with lymphoma. She loved children and enjoyed working at the day care center. Dorothy enjoyed Winnie the Pooh. She loved to read and was a big movie buff. Her family remembers her as a kind and friendly person who love to help people. She enjoyed watching the Boston Bruins.
