Pells, Dorothy J. (Leonard) of Quincy, October 30, 2004. Wife of the late Richard D. Pells. Loving sister-in-law of Robert Pells of Quincy. Beloved cousin of Patricia and her husband Larry Yablonsky of Raynham and of the late Doris Bingham. Cherished aunt of Karen Salvucci of E. Yarmouth, Thelma Synan of Weymouth and Carol Thompson of Manderville, LA. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral Service at the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON on Saturday at 10:30 AM. Visiting hours Friday 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 PM. Cremation will follow. Dottie was very active at the Quincy Community United Methodist Church. She was a member of Sigma Phi and the United Methodist Women. In addition to memberships, she was always volunteering for activities including being a Youth Director and on the Christmas Fair Committee. Dottie was also the President of the Wollaston Manor Tenants Association for 4 years. She was also very proud of her 50 Year Medallion from the Diabetes Therapy Program. She and her husband were members of the Hobomock Hoedowners Club in Marshfield, where he was the Square Dance caller. In Dottie’s younger years she was an employee of the Patriot Ledger.
