Nicholson, Dorothy E. of Quincy died January 25, 2009 surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Robert G. Nicholson. Devoted mother of Karen A. and her husband Robert Leonard of Kingston, Linda M. and her husband Joseph Barkas of Kingston, Gail J. Lento of Quincy, and Warren J. Nicholson and his wife Paula of Quincy. Loving sister of the late John and Richard Praetsch. Cherished grandmother of Bob, Carolyn, Christie, Michael, Brian, Joey, Jimmy, Andrea, and Danielle. Dorothy was a life long resident of Quincy. She enjoyed sewing, boating, reading and gardening. Dorothy will be missed by all those who knew her. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Life Celebration Service in Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY, Wednesday at 9:15 AM. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, N. Quincy at 10:00 AM. Visiting hours Tuesday 4 – 8 PM. Burial in Mt. Wollaston Cemetery, Quincy. Donations in memory of Mrs. Nicholson may be made to Fr.
