Dorothy A. Smolinsky

Smolinsky, Dorothy A. (Pike) of Hull, died unexpectedly on November 7, 2014.

Wife of the late Robert Smolinsky, Sr. Loving mother of  Robert  Smolinsky, Jr. and his wife Teresa, Karen Smolinsky all of Hull, Rita Dwight and her husband Michael of Pembroke and Sharon Delaney and her husband Christopher of Hull. Sister of Laura Raphael  and her husband Bob of FL, Gladys Gontarz of NH, Fran Pearce of Dartmouth  and the late Mildred Dormady. Cherished grandmother of Rob, Sean, Jarrod, Sara, Steven and Zachary. She is also the devoted great grandmother of Ayden and Jaxsen Smolinsky. 

Dorothy worked as a manager for Electroswitch for more than 25 years retiring back in 2009.  She enjoyed being on her computer and was always up to the challenge of PoGo and found great pleasure in keeping in touch with friends and family through the internet. The cornerstone of her life was her family, she cherished each of them and they feel blessed to have had her in their lives. She will be sadly missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing her. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 4-8 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. Funeral service will be celebrated on Friday evening at 7:30 PM in Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, Hingham. Cremation will follow.
