Loving mother of Mark McLaughlin of North Billerica, Corinne McLaughlin of Franklin, Nancy McLaughlin of Lake Worth, FL, Carole Heath of Kingston, Andrea Tagg and her husband Bill of Melbourne, FL. Daughter of the late Daniel & Isabella McCall. Sister of Arol Penezic of Stowe, MA. Devoted grandmother of Melissa, Nicole, Billy, Ryan and Kelci. Services were private. Donations in memory of Mrs. McLaughlin may be made to Autism Society of America, 7910 Woodmont Ave., Suite 300, Bethesda, MD 20814-3067 Doreen S. McCall was born in Aberdeen Scotland in 1928 she came over to the United States back in 1936. She married Thomas McLaughlin in 1950 and raised her family in Weymouth. She began working at Pyrotector Alarms in Hingham to help pay for braces for her daughter Carole and worked there for 9 years. She retired to stay home and take care of her first grandchild Melissa. Doreen love to knit and crochet and make items for her family. She summered up at Lake Winnipesaukee for 48 years. She enjoyed boating, reading and walking. Doreens true love was her family. She really loved spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren. She was a private, quiet women who was very devoted to her family. She will be missed by her devoted husband of 57 years and her 5 loving children and her 5 precious grandchildren
