Donna Marie Brady

Brady, Donna M. of Braintree, age 48 died on Sunday, Nov. 20, 2011 surrounded by the family she cherished, after a courageous battle with cancer. The beloved daughter of Edmund Brady, Sr. and Anna M. (Camillo) Brady of Braintree. Devoted sister of Lorraine Brady of Braintree, Christine (Brady) Lynch of Quincy and her late husband John Lynch, Jr. She also leaves her brother Edmund Brady, Jr. and his wife Angela (Melillo) Brady of Dracut. Donna is also survived by her two precious nephews, John P. Lynch III age 7 and Nicholas E. Brady age 2 1/2 . She is also survived by many aunts, uncles cousins and amazing friends. Donna grew up in Dorchester. She attended St. Patricks School and graduated from St. Gregory’s High School. After her high school graduation she furthered her education at Bunker Hill where she received her degree. She took a position as a legal secretary at Bingham McCutchen, LLP in Boston. She loved her work and all the friendships she was fortunate to build in her career. Donna enjoyed shopping, baking and cooking. She loved the holidays, it was a special time to celebrate with her two precious nephews, whom she adored. The essence of her life was her family, they were the foundation of all that was important to her. They will miss her vibrant personality and the strength they would always draw from her. They are thankful for all the blessings Donna brought into their lives. She will be sadly missed but she will remain in their hearts forever! Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 3-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Saturday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Joseph’s Church, Quincy at 10 AM. Burial in Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
