Donna M. Salem

Salem, Donna M. (Crowley) of Hyde Park, formerly of Quincy, died May 24, 2015 after a short illness. 

Donna graduated from Fontbonne Academy in 1981 and Suffolk University with a Bachelor’s degree in business management. She worked as an internal auditor for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston for over 30 years. She was a generous and caring woman who would do anything for anyone. She loved to volunteer and was very active in the St. Mary of the Hills ministry and parish counsel. She ran the Shadduck Hospital food bank and the annual cookout to raise money for the Pine Street Inn. Donna enjoyed traveling, especially to Disney World and Las Vegas. She loved to bake and would always have a new dessert for friends and family to try. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.  

Beloved daughter of Howard and Janet (Connor) Crowley of Quincy. Loving sister of Michael Crowley and his wife Vicki of Scituate, Gail Minchello and her husband Rick of Abington, and Diane Spurling and her husband Steve of St. Charles, IL. Also survived by 10 nieces and nephews and many special friends. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9 AM Friday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Mary of the Hills Church, Milton, at 10 AM. Burial in Milton Cemetery, Milton.
