Donna M. Mcsorley

Donna M. (Barden) McSorley of Braintree, died January 1, 2019 after a courageous battle for over 9 years with stage 4 breast cancer.  The beloved wife of 42 years to Peter W. McSorley of Braintree. Cherished mother of Peter McSorley of Fishkill, NY, Kaitlyn Wightman and her husband Donald of Braintree and Kara McSorley and her fiance Joshua Markle of Braintree. Devoted grandmother to Nicholas and Connor McSorley and Katherine Markle.

Donna worked as a traffic supervisor for the Town of Braintree for 25 years. She loved to travel, and she enjoyed her second home down the Cape in Falmouth.  Donna loved family gatherings, but the pride and joy of her life were her grandchildren. Donna will be sadly missed.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 4-8pm  in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:30am Saturday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Francis of Assisi Church, Braintree at 10:30am .

Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
