Donald P. Legere

Mr. Donald P. LeGere of Braintree, died December 18, 2019. Don was a Ironworker for Local # 7 for 46 years. He had also lived in the Philippines for 25 years. Don was a great Tuna fisherman, an avid reader where he would spend reading two books a week, and enjoyed following the Red Sox and the Patriots. He was loved by many people and will be missed by all those that knew and loved him.

Beloved husband of the late Jane (Blood) LeGere. Loving father of  Lyn LeGere of North Carolina, Denise Moraski of Pembroke, Dennis LeGere and his wife ,Michelle, of Weymouth, John LeGere of Gloucester, Donald LeGere of France, and late Francis LeGere Grandfather of Elisabeth, Dylan, Noah, Shane, and Eduardo.

There will be a Celebration of Life on Sunday, December 22nd, from 1-5 PM at the DAV Hall, 788 Liberty Street, Braintree.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Donald’s Funeral Mass on Monday December 23rd, in St. Clare’s Church, Braintree at 10 AM. Burial will be in Braintree Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Donald may be made to Disabled American Veterans, PO Box 14301, Cincinnati, OH 45250.
