Donald W. Massie Sr.

Mr. Donald W. Massie, Sr. of Whitman, died February 8, 2017.

Don proudly served his country with the United States Navy during the Vietnam War for 20 years, and later worked for the United States Postal Service as a letter carrier for 22 years.

Beloved husband of  Janice M. (Kveraga)Massie. Loving father of  Donald W. Massie, Jr. and his wife, Gillian of Hayfork, CA, Jason S. Massie and his wife, Lisa of Pembroke, and Ryan J. Massie of Whitman. Brother of Diana McMahon of Knoxville, TN. Grandpa of Mia, Andrew, and Kristen. Great Grandpa of Andalasia and Myka. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Funeral services will be celebrated on Tuesday at 11 AM in McDonald Keohane Funeral Home. Burial will follow in MA National Cemetery, Bourne, at 1:30 P.M.
