Mahoney, Donald T., Sr. of Quincy, formerly of South Boston died March 23, 2016.  

Son of the late Timothy and Goldie (Balcom) Mahoney. Ex-husband of June Mahoney of Braintree. Loving father of Donald Mahoney Jr. (late), Lisa (Mahoney) Furttado and Anthony Mahoney, both of Braintree, formerly of Dorchester. Brother of Jean Keifer (late), John Mahoney of Belmont, Robert Mahoney of Rockland, Richard Mahoney and his wife Margaret of S. Boston, Edward Mahoney Sr. (late), and Carole Mahoney-Morin and her late husband Russell of Tewksbury. Cherished grandfather of Shyann, Natalie, and Tatiana Mahoney, Kayla, Donald, and Adrianna Furtado and Jonathan Connelly. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9 AM Wednesday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Joseph’s Church, Quincy at 10 AM.
