Dominic A. Ierardi

Ierardi, Dominic A., of Holbrook, passed away peacefully on February 4, 2025. He was 88.

Born in Boston, he was the son of the late Vincent and Mary (Suozzi) Ierardi.

Dominic was a master craftsman, a title he earned through years of dedication to his craft at Meldan Furniture Company and later as owner of the D. O. Menic Company. His skilled hands and keen eye for detail were only matched by his ability to bring warmth and laughter into the workspace. His colleagues in various associations knew him as a man of integrity and camaraderie, always ready to lend a hand or share a joke.

Dominic will be profoundly missed by his family, friends, peers, and all who had the pleasure of experiencing his gentle, friendly, and funny spirit.

Loving brother to Joseph Ierardi and his wife Mary of West Palm Beach, the late Philip Ierardi of St. Louis and Anthony Ierardi and his wife Shirley of Holbrook. Uncle to Anthony Jr. and his sons Michael and Joseph, Joseph and his wife Amy and their daughters Abigail, Isabelle and Katherine, and Gina Currey and her daughters Kaitlyn and Grace and James Ierardi and his wife Nicole and their children Lucas, Maxwell and Cora.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Tuesday 2/18/2025 from 3-7 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte. 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Wednesday 2/19/2025 prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Joseph's Church, Holbrook at 10 AM. Burial in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, West Roxbury.
