DeAmicis, Domenic of Stoughton, formerly of South Boston, January 6, 2007. Beloved husband of Mildred (Brady). Loving father of Domenic, Jr. of NJ, Louise M. and her husband George Durgin, Robert J., both of South Boston and Thomas E. of Stoughton. Also survived by his friend Sue. Brother of Teresa DeAmicis of South Boston, Edmund DeAmicis of Weymouth, Rose Brady of VA and the late Rocco DeAmicis. Loving “Grampy” of George, Joseph, Jennifer, Robert, Domenic III and Ashleigh and great grandson Kevin. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Wednesday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in St. Brigid’s Church, South Boston at 10 AM. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-8 PM. Mr. DeAmicis worked as a diesel mechanic for many years for AMA Transportation in Billerica and other transportation companies including Casey & Hayes and Ryder Truck. He was a handyman who could fix anything! His happiest times were spent working and sharing time with his family in Point Sebago,Maine for six months out of the year. His life was devoted to his work and his family. Donations in memory of Mr. DeAmicis may be made to the American Cancer Society, 18 Tremont St., Suite 700, Boston, MA 02108.
