Stepmother of Diarmid Connell of Nashua, NH, Clare Melnick of Wilmington, Carla Connell of Dorchester, Kate Jackson of Marion & Kevin Connell of Duxbury. Sister of Joyce Solimini of New Port Richie, FL and the late Ruben Cantelli. Also survived by 10 grandchildren, many step grandchildren, nieces & nephews. Services are private.Mrs. Connell worked as a claims adjustor for Commercial Union in Quincy. Previously, she had worked in sales for McGillvery Drug in Quincy for 14 years and Remick’s Dept. Store in Quincy Center for 5 years. She enjoyed vegetable gardening, crossword puzzles, reading and genealogical research.
