Diarmid J. Stone

Stone, Diarmid J. of Weymouth, died suddenly May 31, 2014 at the age of 69.

Diarmid was an artist and his ink renderings were award winning. He worked as a driver for the Patriot Ledger for many years.

He was the father of Cara Orenzuk of VA. Brother of Katherine Flanagan of Hingham and Dana M. Stone of Burlington, CT. Also survived by 2 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the Church of the Resurrection, 1057 Main St., Hingham on Thursday at 10 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Diarmid may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
