Flaherty, Dennis F. of Rochester, NH passed away January 27, 2013.

Beloved husband of Marie (McAuliffe) Flaherty of Rochester, New Hampshire. Loving father of Denise Flaherty of Rochester, NH, Timothy Flaherty of Rochester, NH, Kevin Flaherty and his wife Lissa of Brewster. Brother of the late Charles and Kevin Flaherty. Devoted grandfather of Lisa and Jennifer Acosta of Rochester, NH and Shayla and Andrew Flaherty of Brewster. Cherished great-grandfather of Mia Anderson.

Dennis was a Union Carpenter for Local #67 in Boston for 40 plus years before retiring in 2002. He was life member of the Adams Hights Men’s Club in Quincy, Member of Marine Corps League Caddy Detachment in Quincy. Dennis enjoyed home projects and carpentry. His family and his dog’s held a special place in his heart. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure to have know him.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at Friday at 10:45am prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Ann’s Church, Quincy at 11:30 AM. Burial in Woodside Cemetery, Cohasset.
