Debra Jean Barnes

Debra Jean Barnes, of Quincy, died peacefully on Thursday, July 25, 2024. She was 70.

Debra was born in Fort Belvoir, Virginia on May 17, 1954, and was the daughter of the late Edson Jr. and Shelba (Booth) Barnes. She was raised in Weymouth, MA.

Debra was the mother of Mark J. Deaguero and his wife Jessica of Katy, Texas, and the late Michael J. Deaguero, who died in 2021, and his surviving wife Casey of Walpole. She was the grandmother of Bo of Katy, TX and Dylan, Adalyn, Beelyn, all of Walpole. Debra was the sister of Wanda Bates of Quincy, Brenda Barnes of Quincy, Bill Barnes of Virginia, Jeff Barnes and Scott Barnes. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. 

Following cremation, services and interment will be held privately. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
